Dan Olpere Memorial APMM Scholarship

In memory of our late friend and colleague, the Montgomery County Consortium of Communities established the Dan Olpere Memorial Annual Conference Scholarship to foster the next generation of local government professionals by funding their attendance to an annual conference.

In Spring 2027, three scholarships will be available to assist early/mid-career professionals and  aspiring public administrators currently enrolled in an accredited graduate level public administration program to attend the annual Association for Pennsylvania Municipal Management (APMM) Conference.
